Who Cares? – The Book

When we start caring for a loved one we have no idea what we are letting ourselves in for. There is so much involved with caring for a loved one. We usually put our own health and wellbeing on the back burner because we are immersed in being there for someone who may be disabled, elderly, mentally unwell, long-term sick or terminally ill. Each carer is unique along with the person they care for.

After caring for Neal for over a decade, I knew I had a lot of insight in caring which could help others. So many different issues arise for many of us, from dealing with relationships, healthcare professionals, isolation, ¬financial issues, our own health & happiness and more besides.

This book offers home truths and solutions to help improve the life of anyone in a caring role because life is not about abstaining and enduring, it is still about enjoying life, even if you are a carer.
